Complaints and Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

• The delivery of products purchased through this service complies with the legal rules applicable in Portugal to contracts concluded at a distance and off commercial premises (Decree-Law 24/2014 of 14 February).
• The User has the right to report any defect, inaccuracy or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered, within the legally established deadlines.
• The User may exercise the right of withdrawal by letter or any other means of communication, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the consumer takes physical possession of the goods, returning them to Perve Galeria in the original condition, showing no signs of use or broken seals.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must provide all identification details (Name, address and e-mail), the item subject to withdrawal and the date of purchase. The User may use the withdrawal form in Annex A.

• The package must be returned complete, as delivered, with all documentation, to: Perve Galeria, Rua das Escolas Gerais, 17, 19 e 23, 1100-218 Lisboa, Portugal
• After receipt and verification, the User will be refunded the amount paid for the order.
• If a promotional discount code was used, that value will not be refunded; only the amount actually paid will be reimbursed.
• The refund will be made by bank transfer, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal letter and return of the goods.
• If any component of the item is missing or not in excellent condition, no refund will be issued and the product will be returned to the original shipping address.
